Beyond (2025) Sculpture / concrete, asphalt, polyester, motors, plaster boards, kamera / 180 x 33 x 36 cm The sculpture originates from the question of how an artwork can be viewed and investigated. The archaeological site embedded within the sculpture could be explored by visitors through a camera. The camera contained videos that virtually presented the theme from which the archaeological detail also emerged - interior spaces and material structures that normally remain inaccessible to the eye. The camera also enabled visitors to intervene in and co-create the work. Using it, they could record footage and reverse the conventional relationship between viewer and object, shifting perspectives between the observer and the observed.
